This Privacy Policy explains what information YeniPorno ("we", "the Site") collects, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. This Site is intended for adults only (18+). By using the Site you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

1. Who operates this site

This Site is operated independently. For any privacy-related request, contact: contact@yeniporno.com. For copyright and content removal requests, see our DMCA page.

2. What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. The categories are:

a) Server logs (automatic)

When you visit the Site, our server and our hosting provider automatically record:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version (User-Agent)
  • Requested URL, referrer, timestamp
  • Response status and size

These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging. They are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

b) Session-only browser storage

We do not set HTTP cookies. To make the Site work we keep two values in your browser's sessionStorage, which is cleared automatically when you close the tab:

  • uid — a random anonymous identifier used for session-scoped recommendations and aggregate statistics.
  • age_ok — remembers your age confirmation for the current visit only.

Neither value contains your name, email, or any direct identifier, and neither survives closing the tab.

c) Viewing and interaction data (analytics)

To improve recommendations and understand which videos are popular, we record:

  • Which videos are viewed
  • How long a video was watched and completion rate
  • Which tags are engaged with
  • Click-through on homepage and related videos

Each event is stored against your session uid, which is regenerated every time you start a new browser session. There is no persistent device or user profile on our side. Because this Site hosts adult content, viewing history within a session may indirectly reveal information about your sexual preferences; under GDPR Article 9 that is treated as a "special category" of personal data, which is why we keep it only for a limited period.

Analytics events are automatically deleted after 30 days.

d) DMCA / content removal requests

If you submit a form at /dmca, we store:

  • The name and email you provide
  • The video URL in question
  • The reason for the request
  • Internal notes and status

We keep these records as long as is necessary to document the request and comply with legal obligations, typically 5 years after resolution.

e) Admin access (not you)

Administrative sessions for the Site operator are logged for security. This does not affect regular visitors.

3. What we do NOT collect

  • We do not require registration or user accounts.
  • We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal detail to browse.
  • We do not sell data to third parties.
  • We do not use cross-site tracking pixels of our own.
  • We do not process payments and do not store any financial information.

4. Third parties

The following third parties may receive data when you use the Site:

a) Bunny.net

Static assets and video segments are delivered through the Bunny.net CDN; in the process Bunny.net processes your IP address and request metadata to serve content and prevent abuse. See Bunny.net's privacy policy.

b) Advertising networks: Currently None

We do not currently work with advertising networks. Were this to change, we would update this policy before any advertising script or cookie is introduced.

5. International transfers

Our servers are located in Netherlands, inside the European Economic Area. Some third parties listed above (particularly advertising networks) may transfer data outside the EEA, for example to the United States. Where such transfers occur, they are conducted under the legal mechanisms provided by GDPR Chapter V (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).

6. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

  • Server logs and session-only browser storage: legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Analytics and viewing data: legitimate interest in limited, session-scoped processing (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); special category data is protected by a short retention period.
  • Advertising cookies: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • DMCA records: legal obligation and legitimate interest in handling copyright claims (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@yeniporno.com. Because we do not collect direct identifiers and the uid is regenerated on every browser session, you may need to provide the uid value from your browser's sessionStorage so we can locate your data.

8. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use HTTP cookies. The Site only keeps the following two values in sessionStorage for the duration of your visit; both are cleared when you close the tab:

  • uid: a random anonymous identifier for session-scoped recommendations and aggregate statistics.
  • age_ok: your age confirmation flag for this visit.

You can clear these at any time using your browser's "Clear site data" or "Clear storage" option; closing the tab does it too. See our Cookie Policy for details.

9. Children

This Site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Site or submitted data, contact us immediately at contact@yeniporno.com and we will delete the data.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed admin credentials, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and restricted access to server infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect an incident, please contact us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
